If you broke up with him and he's still single (that means no girlfriend either) then it's worth a try getting in touch with him. We all change with maturity and need to reach out and experience, but in time we realize we have made some mistakes. Unfortunately, we can only learn from our mistakes and sometimes we are lucky enough to fix them. If he broke up with you, then it's best to move on. If you don't keep going out with friends and dating you'll never meet that special someone. In each person's life we have a lost love and it broke our hearts and we felt we would never get over the pain of it, but we do. Good luck Marcy
