Bob Marley beleived that life was too short to hate and was to short to be sad and upset. He said to always keep a smile on your face even when times get bad.He also said don't worry about a thing because every little thing is going to be alright. He changed the world because he helped people realize that is no need to hate each other because were all on the same earth so lets share it while were here. He was a brilliant man and he believed, correctly, that he could literally cure raicism and hate by injecting love and music into their hearts. The day he died was a sad day. On may 11, I always try to get along with everyone, to celebrate his life. Join me.

On the other hand, Bob was, as pertaining to his "livity" as a Rastafari, deeply

commited to the cause of liberation and redemption of his people. Bob stood black and as any black man within his "sufferahs" class he was naturally aware of the racism which existed all around in high and low places. Not to mention all of his works had to do with black experience. His black experience. He has, from the time of his presence here with us, been a particular beacon for millions of African people at home and abroad, strengthening the cause as quoted in the tune "WAR": "We Africans will fight, we find it necessary...We know we shall win; we are confident in Jah victory of good over evil.
