Density has its connection with buoyancy. The ability of an object to "float" when it is placed in a fluid is called buoyant force. If an object is less dense than the fluid in which it is placed, it will "float" on the fluid. If it is more dense than the fluid, it will "sink." For example: Metal ships can float because their total density is less than that of the water that they float on.

Obviously somebody was in trouble and needed help! (girl trouble) The distress call S.O.S. was created in Morse Code. It has no acronymical meaning, but has been variously interpreted as "Save Our Ship", "Save Our Souls" or "Suspend Other Services". It is a call for help in an emergency (for ships especially). If you notice, the music video setting is a cruise ship. S.O.S. began as a continuous sequence of three "dits" (short telegraph strokes) alternating with three "dashs" (held strokes). Because these correspond to the Morse letters S and O, people referred to it as SOS. In use, it is actually SOSOSOS... and so forth.

The Vikings from Scandanavia, invaded most of present day England and northern France. They were known as being excellent navigators, and built ships whose streamlined shape made it easy for them to travel quickly through oceans, and up river unnoticed making their attacks unpredictable. Eventually the Viking attacks began to die down when they converted to Christianity.
