Daniel (Danny) was an old friend of J-dog (And also Deuce) so when Deuce got kicked out, HU asked Danny to join.
No, he is alive and well and still preforming live along with the rest of the band.
Deuce's assistant (Jimmy Yuma, now a member of 9lives) had requested payment from the rest of the band for setting up their stage equipment and being their running boy, which Deuce was already paying him for these services..after 4 months the rest of the band dis not want to pay Jimmy, so Deuce was called right before they went on tour and was told the band had broken up. Hollywood undead says that Deuce just simply dis not show up for the tour.
He wrote it as a diss towards the remaining members of Hollywood Undead, claiming they kicked him out of the band. Apparently he never liked being on the road and the other band members had to constantly keep him satisfied. The way it sounds, it seems like Deuce was being a big snob acting like the band was nothing without him and he was the one who wrote all the songs. Not much detail was given by the rest of the band members therefore nobody will really know exactly what happened.
Yes. Holden narrates the entire story from a mental rest home from just outside Hollywood, California.
The Jonas brothers are going to La, there will be a lot of "Hollywood actors" appearing this season, (David Henrie, Emma Roberts, and Anna Maria Perez De Tagle Being Some Of Them) Also, they are having their summer vacay in a rental house "high atop the Hollywood hills. I don't want to spoil the rest so just watch it!
Their 3 first songs (before they take off the masks) Are: Undead Sell Your Soul Been to hell But they change the rest in every show

The rest of the band thought duece was getting more attention then the rest of the group(partly because he writes most of the songs)so Johnny three tears (a member) convinced the rest of the group to kick him out. All told in one of dueces new songs story of a snitch

the undead spirits of people that cant find there rest.. and angels and demons
On the streets, he prefers to have lived than to not lived atall. As BMTH sang,'We will never sleep'coz sleep is for the weak, and we will never rest 'till we're all f****** dead.' Kasabian also quoted that they were on fiiiirrrrreeeeeee. Hollywood Undead believe that Mark Hoppus, Mark Hoppus, Mark Hoppy-Hoppy-Hoppyus is Pimpin'.
The pilot episode, which I have never seen, was shot in B&W and filmed in Hawaii. The majority (if not the rest) of the episodes were filmed in Hollywood, California.
full-body, multi-muscle exercises with little rest in between sets.
There is nothing special with the death of Daniel Gabriel Fahrenheit, but we know of the accidental early death of his parents, by consumption of poisonous mushrooms in 1702, when Daniel was sixteen. It was very sad for Daniel to live the rest of his life when both of his parents died on the same day.
yes. its in Hollywood production being turned into a movie same with the rest of his books in the series
