∙ 7y agoJohn Lennon's mom, Julia, died when going to visit John (who, at that time, was living with his aunt and uncle). She was crossing the street by an off-duty policeman. Julia obviously wasn't paying attention to the roads or the cars and busses, because she got run over by a bus. John was only sixteen.... Poor guy.... :(
