Well in the recent new coroners/autopsy report he had really short hair that was curly and that it was a wig over that. Now there has been discussion that he could have possibly had skin graphs for the burned part of his scalp but it's not known if the hair grew back or not. But in the Bad era he didn't wear a wig he had a sewn in patch that covered the hair that was lost. He did wear wigs though when his hair was straight around the trial in 05' he was wearing a wig and even before that.
