If you have p0201,p0202,p0203,etc, try replacing the throttle position sensor. The tps can go bad and send out electrical noise which confuses the computer and it sets injector codes.
On my 1999, I'm pretty sure the cam and the crank sensor will generate the same fault code. For the price of the sensors, I'd just change both. Eliminate any doubt about which one is at fault.

I found my own answer on your web site. The answer is to press the "trip and reset" buttons at same time and then turn on the ignition switch to the run position and hold for 5 seconds and then press trip button.I also found fault codes I think.
