First, when you are on realplayer, you can either scroll over the video (if the videos are organized by grid) and it will show you a list of options, or just simply right click the video you want to download. Either way, you click on 'copy to' and select either Apple iPod or Apple Iphone and it will begin to download.
When it's downloading, if you want to convert multiple videos at once, just click and drag them from realplayer to the conversion window.
