i am a trombonist. if you are looking into playing one your will need lessons but anyway you play the Trombone like this: you buzz with your lips; you hold your lips together and blow. depending on the pitch your will hold your lips together tighter, resulting in higher sound, or loosen your lips, causing a lower sound. you buzz into the mouth peice to make the sound there are 7 slide positions on the trombone, each you can play more than one note. I use the bell (the thing that the sound comes out) as a marker to where the positions are, as they can be hard to memorise, i am only an ammature trombonist but i have been playing for over 1 and a half years now so i know what i am talking about
Rest the embouchure (pronounced ohm-buh-shure) plate on your bottom lip. Center the embouchure hole on the center of your lips. Check by touching the embouchure hold with the tip of your tongue. Next, gently roll the head joint forward so that approximately 1/4 of the embouchure hole is covered by your lower lip. Keep upper and lower teeth spaced slightly apart. Draw the corners of your mouth straight back and relax your lower lip. Make a small opening in the center of your lips. Blow air partly into and partly across the embouchure hole. It helps to practice in front of a mirror. Roll the head joint in or out to find the embouchure position that produces your best clear and full tone.
You buzz your lips. At first try buzzing in your mouthpiece until you can get a sound then put the mouthpiece in the Trumpet and do the same. i play trumpet and it takes a while to get used to but you will get there.
I am 13 and have played the Clarinet for six years. To get a good quality tone from the clarinet, sit up like your back is against a ruler and put your mouth a half inch to an inch on the reed, spread your bottom lips over your teath about 1/4 inch into your mouth, and send fast, hot air into the instrument.
you have to cover half of the hole, lick your lips, and blow. It takes lots of practice.
Just like you are blowing over top a botttle making a frownyish face with no puffed out cheeks just like you would with any other instrument
The sound of a clarinet gets louder as the musician blows harder into it. Also, the musician tightens the mouth to make the sound more stable, so you can make it even louder. To make the clarinet go quieter, you do not blow as much air into the clarinet.
the reed vibrates and produces a sound depending on the keys you play!
The reed is the main part of the clarinet. Without it you cant play the instrument. It allows you to blow threw the clarinet to make the noise. This goes along with some other woodwind instruments (the flute and recorder are the only woodwinds that I can think of that don't need a reed).
The clarinet is a beautiful instrument that makes a beautiful sound. It isn't always easy to play. Even though sometimes it is hard to play, if you keep at it you will get a feel for the instrument. Once you are used to the intrument, it will be easier to blow. It will become easier to blow the more you play.
Somewhat. The Bass Clarinet sounds an octave lower than the Bb Clarinet. It is also much bigger and requires much more air, as well as a looser embrochure. There are also a couple extra keys (depending on your model) that allow you to play even lower than low E.
The Clarinet Is both pitches it depends how you blow it
It is used to play the clarinet! As you blow into it, it vibrates and sends the vibrations through the clarinet and produces the sound!
The bass clarinet is a woodwind cause it requires you to blow into it to play.
Larger instruments produce lower pitches; the Bass Clarinet, being one of the largest types of clarinets, produces one of the lowest sound.
Supposed not.
You put your left hand on the first half of the clarinet, then you put the right hand on the bottom half of the clarinet. Finally, you blow into the instrument where the reed is.
you press the G button and blow high
It looks the same except you're blowing into it.
To warm up a clarinet you play a long note!!! trust me i have been playing for a long time!!! - There's another way... and it won't bother anyone beside you... just blow hot air into the clarinet, without pressing on the reed!

you put your fingers on some holes and blow through the mouthpeice. :))
You blow air into the mouthpiece, and the attached reed vibrates, which produces the sound.
