you have to follow Suicune first. To get Suicune on the run, go to Cinnawood Island. THIS IS IMPORTANT! When you get there someone will battle you. Next, go to Mount. Mortar to the right of Eruteat City(SURF IS NEEDED ALONG WITH CUT). Surf to the right until you get to land. Then, go to Vermilion City on the pier. After that, go left of Fusha
City at route 14. Finally, you will find Suicune at Cape Cod after Misty leaves.
