If the radiator is clogged up it will over heat. Make sure it is clean so that air can move through it properly. Also when any vehicle overheats it can die on you. (Most will) but if you let it get to hot you can do serious damage to the engine.

not 100% shure but since 2007 is a 420 and 2002 is 350 and the 350 has a carb and 420 fuel injected but if so i might do it to my 06 rancher
