If it's a regular Duracell or Energizer battery, it's not recommended you charge them. Having said that, you could try using a NiCad charger, but DO NOT leave it unattended. If the battery is getting hotter than warm, stop charging it.
Your best bet simply would be to buy rechargeable batteries and a charger. SUre, they cost more at first, but it's bice not having to throw batteries away.
3V 2 Triple AAA battery's
. There is an AA battery (technically it is a cell, not a battery) that is part of the series D, C, AA, AAA, AAAA. There are holders which hold 6 AA cells in series, creating a nominal voltage of 6 x 1.5 equals 9 volts, but with much more capacity and current capability then a nine volt battery.
The battery will attempt to charge the charger since the battery is at a higher voltage than the charger. Thus, the battery will simply discharge and generate heat. If you leave it plugged in long enough, eventually the battery will discharge to a point where it can maintain only 6V, where it will stay until you actually charge the battery.

Have you ever wondered how you can benefit from a AAA battery charger? Make sure that the batteries you are trying to charge in it are actually rechargeable. Other batteries can cause a fire risk because they are not designed to be placed into a battery charger. Look at the side of the battery to find out if it can be recharged.
a AAA battery. Or a watch battery, or a AAAA battery, or any number of battery types. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_battery_types
They both involve batteries.
Many different battery brands include AAA batteries some examples of AAA battery brands include two of the biggest battery brands, Energizer and Duracell.
The main difference between a AAA and a D battery is the size. With the size, you can put more charge holding materials, such as Lithium-Ion, Ni-Cad, etc. They both have the same voltage output, but the D battery can hold more charge. Since electronic devices "pull" charge from the batteries, the D battery will last longer comparitively to a AAA battery in a similar device. This is why you see AAA batteries used in small devices, that have low current draw, and D batteries are used in items that require more power, such as boom boxes, and such.

Yes, your charger should be able to charge AAA 1800mAh batteries. It is common for battery chargers to be able to charge multiple capacities of batteries as long as they are compatible with the chemistry (e.g. NiMH, NiCd) and size (AA, AAA). Just make sure to follow the manufacturer's instructions for optimal performance and safety.
What are the ingredients in a AA battery?
why do aaa batteries overheat
alkaline AAA = 1.5 volts
AAA is the size of the battery, there are many types and makes of AAA battery and the shelf life for each is different.
Duracell Rechargeable StayCharged AAA Batteries, 4-Count by Duracell I bought some Duracell rechargeable AAA NiMH Batteries and I would not buy them again because the charge does not It's four triple-A batteries as advertised.
