∙ 11y agoThere are several ways the easiest being to Google their name in quotes. You can also check Angie's list, Yelp, or the Better Business Bureau. Additionally whatever county that business is listed out of has an "online docket" you can go to that website input the business name and the owner of the businesses name (I always do it twice 1 search owner, 1 search business) and it will show you the names, dates, and details (usually but not always) of any lawsuits open or closed they have been involved in. Also if you got the contractor from a website that website should have a business profile on them.
