The original US-122 (not the II or L models) are not supported in 64-bit Vista, any version of Windows 7 or later versions of Mac OSX, so you will need to get an new interface if this is the model you have. Once the drivers are installed, choose the US-122 from the Audio Devices section of the device manager inside Cubase.
