'Do' is a relative note. It is the home note of a key. For example if the key is A major or minor, 'do' is A. If the key is B, then 'do' is B, etc.
The music is in Cb Major if the music is in a bright sounding key. The music is in Ab minor if the music is in a dark sounding key.
A relative minor key is the minor key with the same key signature as a particular major key, for example D minor and F major both have one flat (Bb).
