Respect - be respectful to everyone you meet even if you feel like telling them to F88K off.
Regret - when you are wrong or stuff up, say sorry.
Responsibility; Be responsible for your actions; i.e if you make a mess, clean it up;
The other phrase that gets me through life is 'excuse me'. The other thing is to compliment someone when you meet them for the first time i.e Great shoes; love that necklace etc.
Try it - you'll love it...
