if it is a grand piano and it falls behind the keys, then ther is a way. with your left hand, half open the key cover, and kneel down to see where the pen/pencil is. slide your hand in slowly, it wil hurt a bit, then get the pen.
if it falls into an upright piano, then you have to use an old fashioned grabby thing, you can get them from hardware shops n stuff. dont know what there called tho :(
