Usually you can get a shout out from a band if you are close, and if not then you can meet them before the concert and politely ask for one, however I once got a shout out by asking the band politely over MySpace, it just depends on the band and how you ask, I hope that helped.
yes, she does after every concert you just have to be like one of the first one's (:
Not unless you have a specific backstage ticket for before the concert, or he is signing autographs after the concert. Otherwise, it would be impossible to just 'bump into' him as he's entering or leaving unless you work for him as he's usually secure.
It will cost money if she is doing a concert, but it won't cost anything if she is just going to be there signing autographs etc.
Before the concert, you can go to the Meet & Greet. Anyone can go and they can get autographs, ask questions, and get a picture with the band without a backstage pass.
I can not say they do all the time but they sure did at their concert this past weekend. The track skipped a couple verses on them and quickly energized their robotic performance.NO!!!!!!!!!
The best way to get their autographs is to meet them at a concert.
That depends on which concert that you're going to. Sometimes they will sign autographs, and sometimes they won't. There really is no way to know. Your best bet is to get to the concert early, and leave the concert late. Before and after the concert is the time when they'll sign autographs.
no she will absolutly not smiley00miley
You can try to meet them after the concert when they are leaving.
getbackstage passes to a concert or go to a CD signing or a concert and outside they sign autographs!

They will only sign autographs if they have a meet and greet.
at most of there concerts there are meet & greets after, where they sign something you have brought/purchased, or they will provide a poster.
go to their concert and get them to sign something or you can print them off the internet and tell people you got it signed! LOL
sometimes they sign autographs but if not they usually just fool around with other people for a laugh

his name is Justin bieber and when he comes down for a concert he will be signing autographs and taking pictures that's when you'll meet him
