After that, mark it with a pen where you want it pierced at. You should probably use a needle, though i just used one of those earrings that they pierce your ears with, and push it through your nose. Put something on the inside on the inside of your nose however so you don't poke the other side. When you first puch it through, it doesn't really hurt, but the skin inside your nose does however. After you have it all the way through, pull it out, and switch it quickly with a nose stud. Make sure at 14ct gold though, if not, the piercing won't heal. It'll hurt for the first week, but after that it's fine, and make sure you twist it and clean it everyday, and after 3 weeks, take it out once a day, so that it doesn't heal to where you can't pull it out.
