Any non-DRM'd mp3 will work on an MP4 Player. Some MP4 Players also accept WAV, WMA or OGG (but most just support MP3 and maybe WMA).

Non-DRM'd songs can be found online, can be ripped from CD's or purchased online through the iTunes Music store, Amazon Music, etc. Once the non-DRM'd files are downloaded, you simply need to plug your MP4 Player into your computer via a USB Type 1 cable (99% likely, or if it's not USB Type 1 then your Player should have come with its own cable). Once this happens, it should mount (showing up under My Computer). All you should need to do is drag and drop the files from where you downloaded them on your computer to your MP4 Player (within My Computer).

You should check that your MP4 Player doesn't automatically generate a "Music" folder. If it does, then put the songs in there.

I FOUND OUT HOW TO DO IT !

first for some reason MP4's don't work on an MP4 player!

So you download any format of video (mpg is what i usally get)

Then with the CD you got with the MP4 player it's probably called boot CD or somehting. There should be a converter on it install it on to your computer and convert your video's on them. The just copy and paste the finished amv or MTV file to your MP4.

If by any chance you have lost the CD or need more help on converting them so it comes out in the best uality as possible here is a website you can download it from and they tell you how to use it so your amv's or MTV's come out the best quality as possible.

scroll to the bottom and pick any of the AMV converter tools or the MTV converter tool . (I use amv converter tool 3.68 the most stable and best one)then when you click on iy read the description and then click on the instructions link if you want to get your video's to the best uality as possible.

Finally the difference between amv and MTV files is they are different formats usually they don't both work on an MP4 player. amv is better because the file size comes out smaller and better quality. Test out which one works on your MP4 player.

Well, if your computer has a virus then there is nothing you can do other than remove the virus and then copy the songs.

I recommend AVG Antivirus (as it's free) or using http://antivirus.housecall.com .

Once the virus is off your computer, then you should have no fears of copying any viruses onto your MP4 Player.

well i use Windows Media Player because it's easy just plug in the mp4 player press the sync icon and then drag music to the sync box. then press sync.
