One of the gems is in island 1 the other one you need the the hm cut then go to island 6 there you use the hm cut on the door it will open and you need to find your way to the gem after that the scientist steals it from you he will give you a password then go to island five go south then the rocket warehouse is there youise the passwords fight your way then u meet him battle him he will give it back

There's no such item as a 'Mystic Gem,' whoever told you there was is either misinformed or lying. The Adamant Orb, used to power up Dialga's moves, is found at the Spear Pillar, though I can't say for sure exactly where, so you'll have to hunt around. However, you won't find an item called a 'Mystic Gem,' so you'd be wasting your time to try.

To get gems, you use the digger drill to go unde grond. Then touch the touch screen. You will see sparkles walk up to the wall where you saw the sparkles and press "A." It will show you another screen where you have to tap the touch screen to try to find the gems. That's all there is to it!
