Locate an appropriate place to mount the radio. Mount the bracket for the radio and secure the radio to it. Mount the antenna to the truck and run the coax to the radio following a path that does not cause interference with other functions like seat adjustment or the pedals. Hook the electrical connections up, insuring that the Red wire is hoked to a Positive connection, or to the Plus side of the battery, and is going through a fused connection. Hook the Black or Ground wire to the vehicle frame. Screw the antenna to the radio, turn the unit on and enjoy the conversations.

There should be a black ground wire in the Chevy Celebrity radio wiring harness. If for whatever reason that is not available then simply hook a wire from the metal shell of the radio to a convenient point on the dashboard near the radio. I would use a convenient bolt or screw if at all possible.
