There are several things you can put an accent on a note. You can put more pressure on the bow, you can play in lane 3 (close to the bridge), or you can play close to the frog of the bow just to name a few. There are also other ways you can put accents on notes.
Move your bow closer to the bridge of your violin, get closer to the frog of the bow, and move your bow faster.
You can use more air, but that could lead to problems like overblowing and getting out of tune. In a performance, I would recommend just mic-ing the Flute.
