Hey, An acoustic guitar can have 4 strings (bass) or 6 strings (normal acoustic) or 12 strings ... a 6 string guitar has a tuning of E,A,D,G,B,E, and a 12 string guitar has a tuning of E,E,A,A,D,D,G,G,B,B,E,E ... In additon to this there are many other tunings such as dadgag and drop d etc. as long as there is a guitar in a particular song, you can preety much play it on your guitar. but most electrics have like 22 or 24 frets and many guitar solos are played on the 2nd octave (i.e. 12th to 24th fret) and acoustic guitars usually dont have 22 frets..so as long as you're tuned right and have sufficent frets , its possible to play any song..

There are lots of ways to play that chord on a guitar. Assuming your guitar is tuned to standard(E A D G B e) tuning, one way to play an E flat Minor is to bar the entire 6th fret with your first finger starting on the A string up to the e string, put your ring finger on the 8th fret of the D string, pinky on the 8th fret of the G string, middle finger on the 7th fret of the B string, and the 6th fret of the e string should still be barred. Play the chord from the A string, and you'll have E Flat Minor.
This recording is in the key of E=flat so unless you tune your guitar down a half step, it will be hard to recreate the sound. The recording also has no guitar on it, it is a clavinet keyboard.
To play the high E string on the guitar, place your finger on the 12th fret of the guitar neck and pluck the string with your picking hand. This will produce the high E note.

To play E notes on the guitar, you can either play the open 6th string (E string) or fret the 5th fret on the 2nd string (B string) or the 9th fret on the 3rd string (G string).
To play the E scale on a guitar, you can use the open E tuning, play the scale using barre chords starting from the 6th fret, or play the scale using individual notes on the fretboard starting from the 6th fret.

To play guitar chords on the piano, you can assign each note of the guitar chord to a corresponding key on the piano.
