If I remember correctly, cover all of the holes, but if that's not right, then it's all but that last one. thats lower c, and youre right, you do cover all the holes. covering all but the last hole is lower e. c sharp is fingers of the back hole but on the first two holes instead. high c is put youre finger on the second hole from the top and on the back hole.
