Well what kind of Baritone? Theres Baritone Tuba, Baritone Sax. I don't play the baritone tuba usually, but in orchestra sometimes I do, and I mastered the thing in about 5 months. I play the baritone saxophone and I learned how to play in about 1 month.
There are barely any baritone players, so the competition is less intense than other instruments. The baritone is an easy instrument to learn how to play, too. Plus, it's a low brass instrument, which makes it super amazing. If you play baritone, you are just an overall cooler person. :)
It's pretty easy... but everyone is different. It depends on if you know what you are doing and if its a baritone sax or just a regular baritone. This question is more of an opinion.
Usually the Trombone, Baritone, Euphonium, Tuba, Bass Clarinet, Baritone Sax all play in bass clef.
In Ocarina of Time, go to the windmill in Kakariko Village. Pull out the ocarina in front of the man. He will say that the ocarina reminds him of a kid(you) who played a song and ruined the windmill. He will then teach you the strange song. When you play it, it will say you learned the song of storms and then the windmill will speed up and the guy will know you are the kid with the ocarina.

You play him the Song of Storms.
If it's the man in the windmill, play the Song of Storms.

Down in the well in Kakariko Village. You will need to play the Song of Storms to get the water in the well to drain first, though. You get the Song of Storms in the windmill as an adult; just hold up your ocarina and he'll teach you the song.
I have the baritone
