I'm pretty sure the song you're referring to is called "taps". Generally it's played at Military funerals honoring the dead.*addition* "Taps" would only be part, before the moment of silence, it's "The Last Post" that's played, and then afterwards is when "Taps" is played.

the first 2 <now I'm assuming you have the trumpet front of your face in readiness for play> valves are A's. the first only is a B flat <A sharp> and the last 2 valves are A flats <of G sharps> Source: trumpet player.
Sound it out! Record it, and play it. Play it on the trumpet until you get it right. Keep trying. Remember, the trumpet only has 3 keys!
