First, you take any lids off of the black part. Then, you rub it around your eye (not in your eye) as close to your lash line (where your eyelashes are) as you can. Make it how thick you want it. It's not so hard once you get used to it.
well there is a little more to it than just rubbing stuff on your eyelid.
- choose the color or shade of eyeliner you want to use.
- make sure your eye lid is closed but don't tug on your eye because the eye area is delicate.
- then make that the pencil is sharp(if you use liquid don't worry about this step)
- start on the inside of the eye on the bottom eyelid and make it thicker as you go out.
- use the same technique on the upper eyelid
this should be all you have to do.

∙ 12y agoFirst trim the lash to fit nice along your eyelid. Next put a small amount of adhesive along the lash and line it up with your eye. Press on both ends and in the middle to set the glue. Continue pressing for about two minutes until the glue is dry.
