You just need 4 nails, between 2 & 3 mm diameter, at least 40 mm long. Push them - carefully - into the holes on the sides (1 per hole) when you feel resistance push a bit further & firmer. Once all four are in place simply pull the radio out (cassette slot is good for light grip).
When removing the nails use a twist / pull action. As an alternative to the nails you could get an old wire coathangar and a pair of pliers to create your very own removal tool. If you can't figure out what to do from looking at a picture (loads available on internet) then you shouldn't do it.
