The fascia that covers the center air vents down to the space just above the ashtray and console must be removed, this is fairly easy to do, just take hold of it and pull straight back toward you. It will make a sound like you are breaking it but it will pop off. The rest is fairly obvious, you will see Hex head screws remove them around the radio and then extract the radio from its space, on the back of the unit, press the connector tabs in and remove the connector and next the antenna wire.

Remove ashtray and carefully pry off the surrounding trim. Also pry off the trim around the radio. You will see the screws that hold the radio in (4 i think). Unscrew and you are done.
It is not difficult. First you have to remove the 12vot cigarette lighter plastic and then remove the radio. 4 screws for the radio. Then you have to remove the panel that goes from the radio up to the instrument cluster. This panel has 4 screws. 2 of them are on top of the instrument cluster (visible) and the other two should be visible after removal of radio.

The 1993 Honda accord, I believe, does NOT have CD Player. It only have cassette and radio player.
