The way to set the time is relatively easy. You hold the disp button for a few seconds and while holding it you press the numbers on the bottom. Im not sure which ones are which, but if i were to guess it would be 1 and 2 change the hour up and down, and 3 and 4 change the minute up or down. Hopefully this helps.
