She sings with a lot of passion in a quite unusual way. She trills a lot which is always to great effect. it is often very high and she sings in a British accent. Watch her sing live and it is just the most amazing display of passion and you can see how lost in the music she really is. Her vocals aren't flawless if you want to be picky, but I think that just adds so much more. She sounds real and heart felt, not like it's been messed around with in a studio. Just listen to her music especially the Writer (one of the most beautiful songs in the world). have lots of fun!
