There are a lot factors that should go into consideration when doing this. Are you a guys or a girl? How old are you two? Where are you? Why am I answer this so seriously? The only advice I can really give is don't act nervous. Unless the guy is really attracted to you, your nervousness will scare him. But not too confident.
