How do you talk to a crush whom probably doesn't even know your name?

Try to stay casual. Walk up to the person and say hi. If he just pushes you aside, then he is probably not going to like you any more if you push the situation further. Try at a later, less busy time. If he opens up to you, which if he really is your type he should, talk like you are friends. Ask about him, and if you feel yourelf get hot, then ask an opinion like, "Is it hot in here?" or excuse yourself from the room for just a moment. I know its hard girls/guys, but it can be done.
Remember his name and acknowledge him when he walks by, even if its just a friendly smile. It makes people feel good. Dont forget important stuff, like his name for instance :)
Stay friends for a while, don't blurt out "I LOVE YOU!!!! I LOVE YOU!!!!" It scares them away. Obviously, you don't want to scare them. Later on, if it really doesn't work out (you'll know when it wont, because I cant tell you when you will bring it to his attention that you like him. Only you can decide that moment of your relationship) then he wasnt the one for you, and expect something that's even more wonderful.
