Depends on the Saxophone!

For Bb Tenor or Soprano Sax raise everything a whole tone:

e.g. a C chord becomes a D, a Bb becomes a C, an E becomes an F#

For Eb Alto or Baritone Sax lower everything a minor third

eg. a C chord becomes an A, a Bb becomes a G, an E becomes a C#
