You can turn it of by pressing the button located to the top left of the device. To completely power off hold this button for about 3 seconds and then slide the power off that should appear at the top o the screen.

∙ 12y agoHold the button you use to lock it until it gives you the option with the red slider (Similar to the thing you use to unlock it) slide, and it will turn off. Turn back on using the same process, hold down the button.
