.you make a burn list then burn it to the CD or its sometimes called ripping. but you can make these list on windows media other music players from your computer.and you do have to have the CD in the computer.lol.and it cant have any music or files on it either.

Why put "lol" in this piece of text/writing?!

Just insert the CD in the CD drive and Windows will do the rest and follow the directions.

You could always burn a disk. I'm not really sure how to do this but, I know that you could burn a disk.

You do something called "burning a CD". There are many programs that let you burn a CD. See the links below. Any computer with a burner will have software to do it.
