it is different depending on who you ask i have seen him at 13/100 and i have seen him at 5/100 but he set standards for drummers like Neil Pert like tuning the drums to a lower pitch, using a microphone on each drum, muffling the snare, putting the drummer on a raised floor, and using the match grip. If it wasn't for Ringo, drummers would not be as good as they currently are so he is one of the best drummers of all time even though he played simple beats, he kept a solid. You could count his mistakes on one hand, most of the recording mistakes were made by the other 3 beatles. He also played in crazy time signatures like 4/4, 11/8, 6/2, 2/2, 3/2, ect...
