See being academically gifted is a totally different thing then being musically gifted. If you have soft, small fingers that will probably make it harder to play an Electric Guitar. That would take about six months just to get your fingers hard enough. Then after that there would probably be about six more months just to master the basics. You might consider playing a more easily strung instrument, like the acoustic guitar.
-Thjhis is a reply to the person who wrote the anser above. The acoustic is not easier, it is actually harder than the electric guitar. So PWND!
The laws of the state which issued the permit will tell you that.
Someone who is a fast learner and catches on to things fast
This usually depends on the style of music you want to play, but in most cases has the same results each time. People who start to play on an electric guitar first will learn to play basic songs easily, but will have difficulty learning any further than that. Starting to play on a 'regular', or acoustic guitar will give a learner better control over timings and scales, and a good knowledge of what note goes where and what sounds good with it.
Your question is too vague. Please be more specific.

Teachers typically have more experience and expertise in the subject matter, while learners are in the process of developing their understanding and skills.

In the United States, insurance goes up about 13 percent once a child gets a learner's permit. However, it generally depends on your actual insurance company and their premium policies.
Unfortunately yes. I have been doing cheer for about 3 years now and since I am not a fast learner, it has been difficult. But just because you aren't a fast learned doesn't mean anything. It just means you have to pay more attention and work harder.
