Hey I'm Vanessa H and I wanted to say you can't just burn away points and vegetables do have calories lol. Weight watchers is actually harmful no one in Hollywood does it. I eat a well balanced diet . Not only that I do kick boxing and get active for at least an hour and walk 3 miles. It's perfect since I'm a celebrity maybe you can try or you can try the cheaters diet. It works if you balance out your food of 1200 calories you will see and feel a difference. ((: V
