Thousand Foot Krutch is a Christian band because the members are Christian. However, like many Christian Bands, they don't necessarily write about God or the Christian faith. Trevor McNevan notes, "We make music for everyone, not just this or that demographic, or set of beliefs. I'm a Christian guy, that's my faith, but I write songs about life, just like anyone else in this."
Their lyrics aren't crude and they have a good message. Not least importantly, they are popular among Christians and secular people and get the messages out to many people.
Currently they have three. The drummer - Steve Augustine The bassist - Joel Bruyere The singer/guitarist - Trevor McNevan They have also had numerous fill-ins, mostly touring guitarists, however they had Dave Smith from 1997-2003.
