Chakradhars don't depend on any number of bols, but is simply a type of tihai. Chakradhars are essentially a tihai within a tihai, almost always more than one cycle of whichever tala you are in, and the "palas" or sections of the chakradhar also end in a tihai. There are versions of chakradars that are very long and take up several cycles, some that are few cycles and others that are repeated 4 times instead of the usual 3.
