The Songkran festival, celebrated in Thailand, attracts millions of participants each year. The festival's popularity has also grown internationally, drawing tourists from around the world who come to experience the water fights and cultural traditions.
The best place to find out about the Coachella music festival is to go directly to the source, which is the Coachella website. Since it is such a large festival however, many news media organizations cover the event and offer information about it as well.

The smart people who want a better life when they grow up will choose to go to school. The lazy, stupid people who want to be poor and live off the government will choose not to go to school. I suggest you go to school, your future is then unlimited.
Tickets for the Hampton Jazz Festival are sold via TicketMaster's page for the Hampton Coliseum (see related links below) but do not normally go on sale a month or two before the event so as there are 188 days to go, you might have to wait a bit.
I don't know of any jazz festivals which go by the name 'Kool'. If you were referring to 'cool' jazz festivals, ie the most popular ones, then you'll generally find that they run in the early summer to late autumn when the weather is nicest. They do run throughout the year as both the northern and southern hemisphere have many jazz festivals.
Songkran Festival (the water festival) is held in mid of April to celebrate the traditional Thai New Year. Most visitors come to see this festival since there are a variety of religious and fun activities taking place each year. Besides, many great parades and a Miss Songkran beauty competition are included in this festival. As this is the hottest time of the year, most people pour, squirt or throwing water on each other. In the old days, Songkran was a time to forgive all of the animosity and resentments of the past year and the water symbolized the washing away of those difference. Most people had water sprinkled on each other, it was refreshing.Nowadays, it is a playful, water fight in which the whole population take part. Be prepared to get wet just about anywhere you go.

The heritage that does the Chiswick Festival is usually celebrated by the Irish people. They're a very celebratory bunch, and they love that festival. So I'd go with them.
I think the reason for the tomato festival is because a tomato is a very loved food. Also, you can do so many things with tomatoes such as carving it to make a beautiful rose, growing it large, and even setting the record for the SMALLEST tomato. The festival is held to allow many people to share their interesting tomatoes...and to see who is their competition on the largest/smallest, etc. But the tomato festival is not just for the tomatoes! You can also experience a tomato tasting! Many people go to the tomato festival to share their dishes they have made with their ground-grown tomatoes or even store bought! It is also a chance to try other people's recipes...possibly family recipes, secret recipes, or a recipe they would like to share with everyone! The tomato festival is a joy to many people, but I still do not know why the TOMATO part is so special. Perhaps it is because you can make so many juicy and rare dishes with the tomato! I would love to go to a tomato festival sometime!
