There are 24 preludes and fugues in each of the two volumes of the Well-Tempered Clavier.
Bach wrote the Well-Tempered Clavichord (in German,Das Wohltempierte Klavier) to show the world his well temperament method of tuning. Rumors have persisted over time that he was a proponent of equal temperament (what we use today); however, it is called the Well-Tempered Clavichord, not the Equal-Tempered Clavichord.Bach wrote in each of the 24 keys as a guide for composing in the various keys in well temperament. His genius allowed the pieces in this set to each sound wonderful, even though they were all written in different keys and subject to the irregularities of well temperament.
No, but a large majority of them are. Chopin perhaps is probably the only one that trumps Bach. You must understand that while Bach did serve under the patronage system (plainly put: a musical slave), he also composed greatly for his huge family to both teach and improve their musical talents such as the Little Organ book for Wilhelm Friedman Bach or the Notebook for Anna Magdalena Bach (second wife) presented to Magdalena. Arguably his most profound contribution to music: the Well Tempered Clavier volumes 1 and 2 were composed to show the benefit of equally tempered keys more than to show virtuosic talent (for which he was already renknowned for). Having spent the last portion of his life at a post in Leipzig as the Director of Music for Thomasschule school, he dealt with students and composed for them. This is just one of the reasons why Bach's music is so technically difficult to play.

Anne Shirley is the main character in the "Anne of Green Gables" stories. In the earlier volumes, she was very mischievous and quick tempered. In later volumes she was very determined and principled. One trait she never lost through the entire series was her optimism.
The exact number of volumes of literature located in the Harvard Classics is unknown. However, some say there is an estimate of over 500 volumes of world literature located within the Harvard Classics.
You can read it online at MangaReader.com. I'm not sure which chapters are included in volumes 21 to 23, but the entire manga is available on MangaReader.
There are 18 volumes, or Volume 01 to Volume 18. There is also a Christmas album, but it's not included as a "Volume". Volume 18 has four songs previously included in the earlier volumes, which are probably songs they didn't need releases for since they were previously used. Volume 18 was probably rushed (this is supposition of course) as KKSF changed music format (to Classic Rock) the same year.
