Perhaps, the queenzone number is comprehensive of the singles, while the other one just takes in consideration the fifteen studio albums, the live albums and the greatest hits albums.
Looked up "Top Ten Best Selling Music Artists" and it has Queen ranked number #8 with 300 millon albums sold - between 15 albums, 5 live albums and numerous compilation albums.
