No it is not. There are many songs that do not have their title in them. Take for example, Bohemian Rhapsody by Queen. Nowhere in the song do they sing either "bohemian" or "rhapsody."

Of course. Queen is known all over the world. They stole the show at Live Aid, have sold millions of albums, and have written some of the most popular songs in the world (We Will Rock You, We Are The Champions, and Bohemian Rhapsody). Not to mention they've toured in so many countries. His powerful vocals and on-stage aura are well remembered, and his tragic death made him legendary.

There are too many to list on here. Famous songs include we will rock you, we are the champions, bohemian rhapsody, another one bites the dust, and don't stop me now. Check Wikipedia for a more complete list.

This is actually rather disputed. There are parts of it which are very balladic but then it goes pretty wierd. I would class it as a ballad because many of the sctions feel like this. If it helps think of it as a ballad with a queen twist :P
There are a great many historical records which attest to the rule of Queen Victoria, and no serious historian has ever been in doubt on this matter. Still, you are free to doubt anything, if you wish.
