Kid Cudi is not currently (25 March 2013) in Jail. He spent 15 hours in jail when they found cocaine on him, but he stopped doing it afterwards. He claims that he only did cocaine and cannibus in order to get through interviews.

He was convicted September 2012 for misdemeanor drug possession, and sentenced to two days of community service.
