Weight Watchers points are calculated using present weight, gender, age, height, activity level and optionally if you're a nursing mother. To become a Weight Watchers member, a person weighing 125 pounds would have to be 5'5" or shorter and at 5'5" you would only have a maximum of 5 pounds to lose.
