First off I hope you are not considering replacing a perfectly fine headstock of a guitar. I'm presuming it's broken of course though.
Would it be worth it? If it's a really cheap guitar then it would be probably be better just to buy a new guitar. Headstock replacements can cost a lot, it depends on the amount of damage done. If it's an expensive guitar or you cherish it dearly then OK get a replacement if you think it's worth it. Ask your local luthiers for a quote.
