looks to be from around $40 - $100, depending on edition and condition. Apparently the later editions are worth more... why? No idea.

He performed with many of the top names of the 1920s and 1930s before forming his own band. The most famous would be:> The Ben Pollack Band, which included the Dorsey Brothers and Benny Goodman among others> The Dorsey Brothers Orchestra, formed when they left the Pollack band.> The American edition of the Ray Noble Orchestra, which Miller helped organize and for which he wrote many arrangements.

Glenn Miller's orchestra started to attract notice in late 1938 and existed until September, 1942 when he disbanded it to enter the Army Air Forces.
